Coaching follow-ups take place in my office or on zoom.  These sessions can take place weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.  Once you are an existing client there is no fee to contact Abbe via email between sessions.  Follow-up appointments are the key to your success. At these sessions, I will guide you, advise you and hold you accountable for any goals you wish to set.
